Can I modify the source code?
Yes! You receive the complete PHP source code and can modify it for your needs.
We recommend keeping a backup of the original files for updates.
Do I need Stripe to use NCETickets?
No, Stripe is optional. You can use NCETickets for manual box office sales without any payment processor.
Stripe is only needed if you want to accept online payments.
How do the mobile apps connect?
The NCEBoxOffice apps connect to your NCETickets installation via API.
Just enter your website URL in the app settings, and events will sync automatically.
Can I use NCEBoxOffice with osConcert?
Yes! We provide a FREE backend integration package for osConcert users.

What happens after my license expires?
The software continues to work forever. You just won't receive updates or support
after your license expires. Most organizations renew annually for continued updates and support.
How many sites can I use NCETickets on?
Each license is for one organization/website. If you need multiple installations,
