Do I need my own web server?
Yes, NCETickets is self-hosted software. You'll need a web server with PHP 7.4+ and MySQL. Most shared hosting plans work perfectly. We can help you choose a provider or assist with installation.
Are there really no per-ticket fees?
Correct! You only pay the $100 annual license fee. The only transaction cost is Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + 30¢), which goes directly to Stripe, not to us. You keep everything else.
Can I use my existing payment processor?
NCETickets integrates with Stripe for online payments. For box office sales, you can use the manual entry mode with any payment system, or use NCEBoxOffice apps with Stripe Terminal for integrated processing.
What if I already use osConcert?
NCEBoxOffice mobile apps can integrate with osConcert installations! Contact us for the FREE backend integration package. This lets you use our mobile POS system with your existing osConcert setup.
Is the source code included?
Yes! You receive the complete PHP source code. You can modify it for your needs, though we recommend keeping a backup of the original for updates.
What happens if I don't renew?
The software continues to work forever - you just won't receive updates or support after your license expires. Most organizations renew for the ongoing improvements and support.
